A small studio, honest about how it works
Lioowy Studio is a small, remote web studio working with independent hospitality businesses across the UK and Ireland. We're not a UK agency with an office on the high street — we're a founder-run studio that replies in UK hours and answers emails personally.
We use modern AI tools to do in days what used to take agencies months. A human writes and checks every word, and nothing goes live without your approval. That's how we can do a proper site for a one-time fee rather than a monthly subscription.

Questions owners ask us
Are you based in the UK?
No — we're a remote studio and we say so upfront. We work with UK and Irish businesses, keep UK hours for replies, price in pounds, and everything (domain, hosting, content) is registered in your name so you're never dependent on us.
Is it a monthly fee?
No. You pay once for the build. Hosting on Cloudflare is free; your domain is around £10 a year, paid by you directly. If you'd like us to handle updates, there's an optional care plan at £15/month — but it's optional.
Who owns the website?
You do — design, content, domain, the lot. On final payment the site is transferred in full, with a plain-English guide to updating it.
Where did you get the information in my demo?
Only from what's already public: your Google Business Profile, TripAdvisor and Facebook. We never copy your photos without permission — the demo uses placeholders where your pictures will go. If anything in the demo is wrong, tell us and we'll fix it.
What if we don't have good photos?
Phone photos taken in daylight work better than you'd think — we'll send you a two-minute guide. If you'd like, the photo upgrade pack cleans them up professionally.
We're already on Deliveroo / Just Eat / Facebook. Why a website?
Those platforms are great — for people already on them. When someone searches your name or "fish and chips near me", Google shows your website first. A site with the right menu and hours is what turns that search into a visit. It's also the one place you control completely.
How do I know this isn't a scam?
Fair question. You see a finished demo before paying anything. We send a written proposal, invoice through PayPal (with buyer protection) or bank transfer, and take only a deposit to start — the balance is due only when you've approved the live site.
